- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive with other companies, the difference is we are providing you with a specialized plan for your property. We don't just come and spray, our technicians take their time and inspect to see what the customer is having problems with and will target that particular pest when spraying.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and inspect the yard and house, interior upon request. Once we have determined the best course of action, we communicate that with the customer and provide them with what we feel the best treatment plan is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 45 years of experience in the pest control field and we constantly are updating our training to make sure we are as knowledgeable as possible.
