Jorge and team did a great job trimming and shaping about 60 feet of ficus hedges. Very quick and responsive, and at a price about one-third to half of other quotes! Recommended.

Jorge and his crew are magicians with concrete and cinderblocks. Most importantly, they are professional, honest and true craftsman. I wanted to build a wall to separate our property from our neighbor’s. I didn’t realize the neighbor was crazy until she started calling to harass me. I later learned she harassed Jorge and his crew while they were working. They acted professionally and were as cool as ice, simply doing their job without engaging the crazy neighbor. During the middle of the project there was a change in scope (we needed to move the wall 2 feet to the left after the foundation was already laid). Jorge got us a new estimate and got to work immediately. They even finished the job 2 days ahead of the original schedule. The wall was on a pretty steep hill with limited access to the job site. These guys figured out a way to bring materials down and knew exactly how to build in this unique environment. Jorge explained to me he put rebars in place in every other cinderblock corner to reinforce the wall so it would likely remain intact even if there was an earthquake. I would not hesitate to use these guys for my next project - they are true craftsman and take pride into not just completing the job, but doing it the right way. Here are the before and after pictures.

Working with JS Construccion was a great experience. For me, Jorge was highly professional, knowlegeable, and consistent. He anticipated my needs as a customer and knew what worked best for me. Because of root damage from a neighbor's trees, my back driveway, garage, and part of the backyard needed to be demolished and repaved. Meanwhile, the people nextdoor were removing two 50-foot trees that hovered over my property. Jorge was flexible with having to coordinate with this other job, and he communicated with me regularly from start to finish. The crew were coordinated. They worked vigorously, they stayed on schedule, and they cleaned up. Great work all around, great value, and I am very satisfied.
