- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of work, the condition of the pool or equipment, and the materials needed. Every project is different. We provide free estimates so customers know what to expect before any work begins. We believe in fair pricing and honest recommendations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the project or problem. Then we schedule a visit to inspect the pool, jacuzzi, or hot tub. After that, we provide a clear estimate and explain the next steps. Once approved, we schedule the work and complete it with care and respect for the customer’s home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This work comes from years of hands-on experience with in-ground pools, repairs, and remodels. Over time, we have gained strong knowledge of pool systems, equipment, plumbing, gas lines, and control systems by working directly in the field and staying focused on quality results.
