- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am constantly getting certified in new formats i.e. tabata, kettle bell training etc, and reading books, articles, and finding out information from peers and mentors, that have been working as a PT for many years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for fitness. I have always been an avid group fitness participant. I love nutrition and the human body and how it works. I love to study and learn the most up to date info on fitness and nutrition.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal Training, Group Fitness, emphasis on building strength, endurance, weight loss, muscle toning.
