FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing simple, transparent, and fair. Our standard service call (diagnostic) is $29, and it’s fully credited toward the repair if you move forward. After the inspection, the technician will clearly explain the issue, show you what’s wrong, and provide repair options with exact pricing before any work is done. We also offer: 20% OFF labor for new customers Competitive pricing on high-quality OEM parts No hidden fees — everything is approved by you first Our goal is not just to fix the issue, but to give you a cost-effective solution. If a repair doesn’t make sense financially, we’ll tell you honestly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ve built a streamlined process to make everything fast and hassle-free: Initial contact — You reach out via Thumbtack, call, or message Quick qualification — We may ask for photos or a brief description of the issue Scheduling — Same-day or next-day availability in most cases On-site diagnosis — Technician arrives, inspects the appliance, identifies the root cause Clear explanation — We show you the issue and walk you through your options Upfront estimate — You approve the repair before we begin Repair & testing — We complete the job and verify everything is working properly We respect your time — no guessing, no unnecessary visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained in both residential and commercial appliance repair, including advanced systems like sealed refrigeration systems. We have hands-on experience with: Refrigeration systems (compressors, sealed system repairs, refrigerant handling) Electrical diagnostics (control boards, sensors, wiring) Gas and electric appliances We stay up to date with modern appliance technologies and manufacturer standards, and we always follow best practices for safe and reliable repairs.
