Jacob Medina initially helped me recover data from 2 large external computer drives that had been corrupted. His technical understanding was exceptional & he recovered 100% of their contents. His service went far beyond technical expertise though. He was very communicative with me throughout the process: he promptly answered my questions in a way that was understandable & never condescending. After completing the data recovery, he worked with me to backup my recovered information; plus, he helped me develop a file backup system to guard against future calamities. I have never worked with anyone who has exhibited a stronger sense of responsibility to his clients than Jacob. On a scale of 1-5, my experience working with Jacob rates a solid 10.
