after contacting Timur, he quickly came to my house and picked up my laptop, meanwhile working on it, he was asking me questions about it to get a better picture of the problem. even though my laptop had severe issues that might have been beyond fixable, Timur not only promised me to look deeper into the problem and try again when he has a solution, but he also shown OUTSTANDING performance and determination. i highly recommend Timur for all computer related issues, this guy is a pro in this field and is much reliable than most of the repairers.
