At D&I Construction Pros, we provide clear, competitive pricing based on the scope of work, materials, and project requirements. We discuss costs upfront and provide a detailed estimate before work begins, so you know what to expect. Any changes to the project or additional costs will be discussed with you before proceeding. Our goal is to deliver quality workmanship at a fair price with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a conversation to understand your project, goals, and budget. We then schedule a site visit to assess the space, discuss your options, and review the scope of work. Once the details are clear, we provide a written estimate outlining the proposed work and pricing. After you approve the estimate, we coordinate the schedule, discuss material selections, and begin construction. We keep you informed throughout the project, address any changes before proceeding, and complete a final walkthrough with you to review the finished work.

At D&I Construction Pros, we bring hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling, including bathroom renovations, drywall, and home improvement projects.
