This was one of the best photographer booking experiences I have had. It was smooth and seamless and he answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. It was a last minute booking and that did not matter at all. The rate was great for what I got in the package. I have no complaints at all. He was professional and courtesy and made sure to capture all the moments I needed. He even stayed later for me because we ran over in our schedule a bit. I will be booking again!!

Actually show up or Let you know they won’t be there WITH TIME so you can figure things out on your end. I understand the photographer had a death in their family, but the death happened weeks before my wedding. Therefore, they had weeks to let me know about the situation so I could look for a new photographer on my end. The funeral happened to be the day before my wedding, which the photographer knew about one week in advance and even with that one week in advance, they still didn’t let me know anything. I booked for the session to begin at 2 PM and at 2:12. I sent a message because they had not arrived. They let me know they would not be showing up. As soon as I seen that message I put my phone down and they sent one message after that saying “I can see if my assistant can go”. My wedding had to continue with or without this person being there. This is a day I will never get back although I do understand there was a death involved. This person had weeks to go ahead and let me figure out what I was gonna do on my end. I understand their circumstance was unforeseen, but when you are running a business professionalism and communication have to be your top priority.

So after talking this client again. She is now telllng me when I was told about my families funeral. After I returned her deposit and apologized many times she continues to harass me. I tried to send a replacement photographer for which she did not answer. We sincerely apologize for the error. A refund was sent back. Have a blessed day.
