Mike arrived on time, prepared to complete two different jobs, cleaning rain gutter downspouts on a 2 story building with a very steep roof and repairing rotten wood on a 52 years old wooden gate. He went to work immediately, spec’s out the problems, offered solutions and ran an errand to Home Depot for supplies. He returned quickly completed the downspouts the onto the gate. This guy took the care down and disassembled 50% of it, replaced the wood and had it rehung in less than 2 hours. I’m very impressed. I’m hiring him again soon for more items on our small condo building’s checklist.
