Max was great! We gave him an insane task (removing an old extendable awning) much harder than we expected) and he was able to do it all. He also patched the inside and outside of the house and came back the next day to paint. Will definitely be hiring him again.

Needed to get my kitchen sink recaulked and kitchen faucet replaced since the "handyman" from my landlord did a lousy job on the caulking. Although Max was running late from another job, he kept me abreast of the timing. He removed the old caulking really well and prepped the surface to ensure a clean adhesion and look since we were going to use clear caulk instead of white. He laid in the new caulk and kept the seam clean. Installed the new kitchen faucet with no problem. Will definitely use Max again

Mike arrived on time, prepared to complete two different jobs, cleaning rain gutter downspouts on a 2 story building with a very steep roof and repairing rotten wood on a 52 years old wooden gate. He went to work immediately, spec’s out the problems, offered solutions and ran an errand to Home Depot for supplies. He returned quickly completed the downspouts the onto the gate. This guy took the care down and disassembled 50% of it, replaced the wood and had it rehung in less than 2 hours. I’m very impressed. I’m hiring him again soon for more items on our small condo building’s checklist.

Maks did an incredible job repairing my electrical outlet, fix my cabinet, and attach my bath towel rod. He went above and beyond and did what was required to complete the job. I supplied him with the photos of what needed to be done and he bought what was required beforehand and came ready to complete the work. I was really impressed by his skills and commitment to get the job done. He even stayed longer and didn’t charge me extra for taking a long time to complete the repairs to the outlet.
