Needed to get my kitchen sink recaulked and kitchen faucet replaced since the "handyman" from my landlord did a lousy job on the caulking. Although Max was running late from another job, he kept me abreast of the timing. He removed the old caulking really well and prepped the surface to ensure a clean adhesion and look since we were going to use clear caulk instead of white. He laid in the new caulk and kept the seam clean. Installed the new kitchen faucet with no problem. Will definitely use Max again
