- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $50/hour with a 2-hour minimum. I always aim to be efficient with time and transparent about the final cost. There are no hidden fees, but jobs outside of my service area may include a small travel charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few simple questions to understand the project and what the customer needs. Then I provide an estimate, discuss the best time to schedule the job, and come fully prepared with the right tools. I always make sure the client is happy before I consider the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of hands-on experience doing home improvement, repairs, and custom projects. I learned from working alongside experienced contractors and constantly keep my skills sharp by learning new tools and techniques.
