- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $50. I have a 2-hour minimum for each visit. I sometimes offer discounts in exchange for a review.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting any job, I make sure to understand exactly what the customer wants. I take a look at the space, share suggestions if needed, and give a clear estimate for time and cost. Once everything is agreed on — I get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained practical skills through working on a variety of home improvement tasks, and I’ve also picked up valuable knowledge from experienced professionals along the way.
