- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to keep my prices fair and reasonable. No hidden fees — what I quote is what you pay. If it’s a bigger job or you’re a returning customer, I’m happy to work out a discount when I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to what you need and ask a few questions to make sure I understand everything clearly. Then I’ll give you a quote, and if it all sounds good, we pick a time that works for you. I like to stay in touch during the job to make sure everything’s going just the way you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from years of hands-on work. I’ve taken trainings along the way to stay sharp and make sure I’m doing everything the right and safe way. I believe real experience is the best teacher.
