I take care with every project to make sure the work is safe and done right. Base price: $50 for a site visit and on-site assessment. This fee is applied to the final cost if you decide to proceed with the work. Additional Home Repairs I also do painting, carpentry, and small home repairs. Pricing for these services is determined after an on-site evaluation.

Ilya is an incredibly pleasant and professional young man. He arrived within 30 minutes of my request and did an excellent job replacing several broken glass panels in our partition. His work was done at a very high level, and he clearly uses professional, high-quality tools. On top of that, Ilya completed additional work completely free of charge, which I really appreciated. Amazing wall painting job. This handyman was a total pro and did an excellent job preparing the space before getting started. He covered and protected everything carefully, kept the work area clean, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The paint went on evenly with no drips or streaks, and the color came out exactly how we wanted it. On top of the painting, he replaced the baseboards, updated the light fixtures in the room, and installed the blinds perfectly. Everything was done on time, with great attention to detail, and he left the place spotless when he was done. And honestly, my grandmother was absolutely thrilled — she loved how friendly, cheerful, and positive this young guy was. His great attitude and warm smile really stood out. We’re super happy with the results and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, easygoing handyman.
