Iakov was great to work with. We hired him to update the tile, shower doors and fixtures in 2 of our bathrooms. He was punctual each day that we agreed he would work, there were no unnecessary delays. The price was the price. We are so happy with the results and the fact he stayed on the timeline he originally provided. We worked with other contractors in the past and things did not go as smoothly as with Iakov.

Iakov did such a great job of painting my bathroom and leveling it after our shower was redone by someone else. I would absolutely hire him again!
