Iakov was great to work with. We hired him to update the tile, shower doors and fixtures in 2 of our bathrooms. He was punctual each day that we agreed he would work, there were no unnecessary delays. The price was the price. We are so happy with the results and the fact he stayed on the timeline he originally provided. We worked with other contractors in the past and things did not go as smoothly as with Iakov.

He was communicative, efficient, and thorough, even going the extra mile to purchase and match the paint color—and he matched the wall texture too, all in a few hours.
