- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate of $65 and a four hour minimum. I find that any less time really isn't enough and I want to make sure to leave my clients with a sense of accomplishment any time we have a session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I do a consultaion by phone or text to assess my client's needs. Most new clients send me picutes of their space or specifics about the project they would like to pursue. That way I have a good idea of our starting point. We also discuss specific goals so I can help facilitate those.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied with the National Organization (NAPO) and spent a year working with professionals that had been in the business for a decade or more. I continue to take courses with them.
