Roy Moore is a highly motivated fitness trainer. He was my first fitness trainer and I must say that I am seeing great results. He is very professional and shows great passion in what he does. Roy is extremely dedicated to helping you be the best you possible. He helped me to push myself to limits that I never thought was possible. His workouts are intense and very effective. I am a female. After a few months of working with Roy, I dropped about 20 lbs and was able to do 5 pull ups (I couldn't do any on my own previously). He is very motivated and fitness it truly his passion.
