Introduction: There's a lot of competition out there when it comes to custom installation and AV companies. Anyone can sell some hardware, run some cable, and get some kind of result. What defines us (and keeps referrals coming) is our tireless attention to detail, complete communication, and never resting until you are completely and totally satisfied.
Early on, we saw our approach much differently and have stuck with it ever since. It's so simple but not widely adopted in our industry. We are not in the business of selling hardware. We are in the business of service.
The systems and hardware we sell are carefully chosen but only as a means to that end: your satisfaction with us and our service.
When called for, I like to develop a relationship like you would have with an interior designer or architect. There are countless different components that can go in to the final design, but working together, we'll determine where to splurge, where to save, and so on.
I'm not trying to sell you specific things based on margins or what I would like; instead, we're working together to find the best fit for your lifestyle and home.

The Frog AV guys are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and they all have a solid can-do attitude. I have never worked with subcontractors that have a higher level of integrity and professionalism than does Frog. And their service is always at a fair price.

I've hired Frog AV for several of my small household projects. Additionally, since I work in the housing industry - I've referred Ryan Posner and Frog AV to several of my new home-buyers (who want major system overhauls). Well, we have not been given the proposal from Ryan just yet; however, here's my vibe on Ryan / Frog AV initial presentation; Ryan was extremely professional (including being on time), very thorough and patient in his presentation - and resolving our home issues, he was not overly serious, he did not hesitate / mumble / look away when answering my questions. So we're looking forward to receiving his quote.
