Ilya arrived on time and was very efficient. We had a problem with the smart lock installation due to our door and he quickly found a solution to make it work. He helped me set up the nest cameras and worked with me to position them at exactly where I wanted. I don’t have anyone else to compare to but I thought his prices were reasonable. The only thing that could be improved is he did not clean up, but other than that everything was great and I’d use him again!"See more

I called Julio for a price quote to install two fans. One in the living room and one in the backyard. Julio came down to look at what he will be doing and quoted us a very reasonable price. I would say, the best price around. Julio is very professional and easy to work with. My wife and I really lucked out in finding Julio. After the two fan installment, I had Julio install a projector and projector screen in my living room. Julio is very nice, respectful, honest and very trustworthy. Brandon H. says, "Appointment scheduled for 10a. Didn't show up. I texted and they said another 40 minutes. I told them I had to take my daughter to school and would be home in 45 minutes. I texted them again 45 minutes later when I arrived home and no response. I'm unclear what happened but an hour after that he got in touch with me, apologized and came right over. He was very professional and thorough. I had found a neutral wire issue when I replaced a light switch and wanted him to figure out what was going on and fix it. He came over and confirmed that something was screwy so he went up into the attic and found that the previous installers had installed the bathroom fan without connecting the neutral wires (unsafe) or venting the fan to the roof. He connected the neutrals and then rewired the gang so everything was properly wired. While it was a bumpy start, I'm still going to give him 5 stars for his professionalism, thoroughness and work quality."See more

Raul runs a tight operation. His pricing is fair (I obtained several bids), and his work is excellent (we passed the final inspection on the first attempt). Most importantly, he was responsive and communicative. He showed up when he said he would show up, delivered on the work we agreed upon without adding costs, and tidied everything back to the state he found it in. He installed an EV Charger for us in the garage. He worked with me to install it in a way that would be least visually disruptive and also most cost-effective to get from our garage to the main panel. He did not dismiss my concerns about aesthetics but rather validated them and said, "You'll be looking at it every day, so the best thing will be to do what makes you happy." Still, he found a cost-effective solution and did not try to oversell me on unnecessary bells and whistles. You might find someone slightly less expensive, but you'll lose that in the time required to chase them down and get the work done properly on the first go. If you want a fair price on the first quote, dependable responsiveness, clear and friendly communication, and licensed quality work done right, do yourself a favor and reach out to Raul at WAR for your electrical needs.
