- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I contact each new client, I strive to approach each one in a unique way and try to solve the problem as quickly as possible and relieve the client of the extra worry and burden that I put on myself. I strive to solve the problem as best as possible in a way that does not cause additional distress to the client or other family members. I strive to leave them happy after I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been receiving professional and literate education for about a year and a half and am preparing to take a professional exam and become licensed as a plumber. In addition, I have also worked for various plumbing companies and have accumulated quite a lot of work experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since my Grandfather was a farmer and mostly made his own tools, from that time on I also developed a love for tools and crafts, and I loved working with the study of water supply and drainage technologies, and thus I became a plumber, which gives me pleasure.
