I called Daniel about a repair on our dishwasher. He was able to come to us in 1/2 hr.!! He dignosed a burnt out circuit board, called into his company for availability on a new one, and within a total of 2 hrs., we had a working dishwasher! He was respectful of placing towels on the tile floor before inspecting the dishwaher on its side. He accepted a check as payment. He made sure any residue was cleaned up after the repair. Couldn't have been easier. Price for repair was discussed prior to work. Reasonable amount for work done.
