They responded quickly and came the next day on time. They were able to diagnose the problem with the oven as a broken igniter and replace it with a GE brand new igniter all in the same visit. Dmitri also noticed that the range hood filter was very dirty and a fire hazard. He gave us advice about how to get a new one. He also was very understanding of our needs and was reasonable with expenses. Highly recommended!

The repair company was honest beforehand that an item was damaged beyond repair (by someone else, not them!) Which saved all of us time by not having someone else come out here. I respect their honestly and if I have an appliance issue in the future I'd be glad to call them back.

Following our contact, the company contacted us in less than an hour. Denis our technician kept us informed at all times of when he was coming and gave us options. His examination of the machine was easily the most thorough we have ever seen. He was presentable, knowledgeable and clearly cared about solving our problem. Excellent company.
