I provide transparent, itemized estimates so there are no surprises. Pricing depends on the scope of the project, materials, and timeline, but I always aim to deliver the best value for your investment. I occasionally offer discounts for multi-phase projects or repeat clients. There are no hidden fees — everything is discussed and approved upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation to understand the customer’s goals, style, and budget. Then I provide a detailed estimate and project timeline. Once approved, I coordinate materials, schedule work crews, and keep clients updated throughout the build. Communication is key — I make sure customers always know what’s happening and what to expect next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed training in construction management and residential building codes, and have ongoing certifications in OSHA safety and project supervision. Beyond formal training, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience managing everything from small repairs to full-scale custom builds, which has given me a strong understanding of both craftsmanship and client service.
