Hi! My name is CJ. I’m a young 29 year old who has been DJing for 15 years since I just started high school. I’ve spun over 500+ events from parties, birthday parties, school dances, weddings, corporate events, company parties, clubs, and more! My past clients include the NBA’s Chris Paul’s Middle School Combine, Kogi BBQ Truck (Official DJ), Macy’s, Red Bull, Shiekh Shoes (1 of 4 official national DJs, the other 3 were DJs for Power 106), Equinox Gyms, The Silk Show, Classic Party Rentals, Dash Radio (featured on), Newport Beach Film Festival (Official DJ), SWAT Summer Winter Action Tours, MTV’s So You Think You Can Dance Shane Sparks, Venue Tradeshow, P Diddy’s son (Quincy Brown), Grocery Outlet, and more! CJ did an Amazing Job at my daughter's Graduation Party! From the beginning he gave me an excellent price. He was responsive throughout with whatever questions I had. He sent me a message the night before just to see if I had any additional questions or specific playlist. The day of he showed up more than an hour and a half earlier. We gave him some of my daughter's favorite Spanish music and he did Excellent. People danced the night away. Everyone at the party were raving about how good CJ was. I have several people that are looking to hire him as well. We definitely have a DJ for life!

First time using thumbtack and it was a great experience. Dj Ceeej was really awesome, did everything we expected plus more! Kept the party going even as he was taking requests he everything he played was received well. Even paid him an extra hour because all of my girlfriends friends were still dancing! Def going to suggest him to friends and others looking for a DJ. Cj is a easy going guy and easy to work with too!

DJ Ceeej was fantastic! Very responsive , he played ALL of the music we requested, was punctual and professional. Even stayed an extra hour since the party was just hopping. Very easy to work with and all of his fees were straight forward, transparent which I truly appreciated. No nickel and dining . He played modern dance music, some disco and mature tunes like cha cha and line dances , everything for everyone to enjoy. Book him NOW!

Ceeej was early set up fast and efficiently, played all my favorite music. His phone number is stored in my phone he will be my go too for all future DJing. The light show was an added favorite. Very good pricing too. Very polite and did an excellent job played what I asked him too.

I do charge a non refundable deposit to secure your date, payable via PayPal or Venmo.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just send me a message, we’ll work out the details and answer any questions, we agree to a price, you book me, send me a non-refundable deposit to secure your date, and I’ll be there on the date, 1 hour before the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned from some of the best old school DJs. My mentors are some of the best DJs in the wedding circuit. They even have spun on Power 106 before. And my mentor’s mentor was Mr. Choc from back in the days on the radio for Power 106 and from the Beat Junkies. I’ve learned from personally spinning over 500+ live gigs.
