I had Sunshine help me with the Earthquake Retrofit of the building foundation. This company and team was outstanding. Their team came in with a reasonable price, stayed professional throughout the project, followed-up with me and was very responsive to my needs. I really appreciated their professionalism and exceeded my expectations from the work performed as well as throughout the process of working with the city inspections, etc. I highly recommend them.

Golan came over for a free inspection. He is very experienced and professional. He immediately concluded the cracks in my house is caused by bad quality works rather than foundation problems, while some other company quoted me for a $50k project that is not necessary.

Really appreciated my visit with Lee. Among 4 total bids, he was the only one to take pictures and walk me through exactly was good and not so good with my foundations. Top tier professionalism and knowledge, and pricing wise came in lower than the competitors. I ended up choosing sunshine to do my seismic retrofit snd will probably refer to them for future foundationrepairs as well. Joe, the office manager has also been extremely helpful and personable. In general I have high trust for this team. Will keep posted after scheduled job is completed
