My husband and I admired this company’s professionalism and respect for our home. Just Junk LA checked all our boxes. This top-quality crew of three arrived on time and managed the entire job with care, consideration and impressive coordination. The crew’s task wasn’t easy. The job was to remove a sofa bed with a double mattress and a reclining loveseat from a loft that’s three stories elevated. We have no elevator. Thank goodness we chose Just Junk LA for the job. They were great! We will certainly hire this 5-star company again to help us with our toughest jobs. They’re simply the best!

Have you ever been so happy with a vendor that you wanted to tell everyone you know? That's how I feel about Armando and Just Junk LA. He responded within minutes of my inquiry through Thumbtack. There were nearly a dozen large, dirt-filled planters on the sidewalk next to our commercial building that had been put there years ago by a different owner. The City cited us for blocking the sidewalk and ordered them removed (despite the fact that there are homeless folks' tents all up and down the block taking up the whole sidewalk -- but I digress). I told Armando I lived out of the area and he said that would be no problem; he would go by the site to give an estimate and then return on another day to haul things away. He would send me photos before and after and accept payment by Zelle when he was done. This saved me a 2 1/2 hour drive to meet him there (which the other companies that eventually responded to inquiry all said they would require.) He considered a number of different ways to remove the planters (by hand, with forklift, etc.) and recommended the way that would cost me the least. He told me he might have to adjust the price depending on how many truckloads the job ended up requiring. There was more there than either of us thought initially but his upwardly adjusted price was very fair and still less than other companies quoted me without even looking carefully at the job. Armando communicated with my regularly to let me know when he would do the job. He came on a weekday and found the area much more crowded and lacking parking compared to the Sunday he had driven by to give the estimate. So, with no complaint at all he suggested not doing the work that day but coming back on the next Sunday -- even though I'm sure that must have messed up his schedule and that of his crew that day. He promised to call me on Sunday to assure me he was there and to keep me posted as to how many loads it was going to take. When finished, he sent me pictures which showed he had done a beautiful job -- the area looked immaculate! And, we took care of the bill via Zelle. Armando went way above the call of duty by talking to the couple of tent residents that were there to explain what he was going to be doing and to ask their cooperation as he worked around their tents -- and he must have handled that with great sensitivity as all those residents gave their permission and were very cooperative. By contrast, the other companies that responded to my inquiry said that I'd need to contact the police and have the police clear the area of any tents on the day they came or they would not do the work. Armando kept every promise he made along the way -- with very punctual call-backs, arrivals and follow-up. He offered great suggestions on how to best get the job done and had a wonderful "no problem - we can do that" attitude. I feel luck to have found these guys on line and recommend and give them my most enthusiastic recommendation. If you need junk removed, do yourself a favor and call them! I will absolutely be calling upon them the next time we need help. THANKS ARMANDO AND CREW!!

Armando and Brianna of Just Junk were outstanding. If I could, I would have selected all five reasons they rate 5 stars. They responded quickly, priced fairly, communicated well, showed up on time and removed a fairly large load of mixed trash (electronics, furniture, building materials and miscellaneous stuff). They navigated a hillside driveway and two separate piles of junk that presented challenges with a great attitude and efficiency. Would recommend them highly to anyone.
