Carlos is my personal hero! I was moving out and realized at the last minute (late at night, on the night before I had to be out) that I couldn’t lift some of the last items remaining in the house (and had no room left to dispose of them anyway). Carlos responded to my request immediately and agree to come out to help me. He arrived very quickly and handled the job speedily and professionally. Thank you!!!
