Manuel was a huge help with our backyard project from start to finish. He was professional, kind, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. His wife Karla helped us with the design, and together they brought our vision to life while staying on schedule with the timeframe they promised. There were a few unexpected issues along the way, like large roots popping up during the project, but they handled everything professionally and with great workmanship. Communication was great throughout the process, and they truly cared about the final result. We absolutely love our backyard, and our whole family enjoys it every day. Highly recommend Faithwood Landscaping!

Within 5 minutes of reaching out to Faithwood, I received a call. They cared about the project, took pride in their work, and gave me a great price. After inspecting my yard, we decided to move forward. I loved that they were a family company and resonated with what they stood for. This is where it got a little messy. They were consistently 2-3 hours late. The yard looked great, and I was happy with it, but once the job was done we had some other things planned and they never followed through with them. Even simple things, like saying they would share a Youtube video on how to use the sprinkler system via text, never sent. We agreed on a deal to do bi-weekly maintenance, never showed up, never sent over a contract, then when they did show up a month later than planned, they moved the goalposts. I really waited a while to leave this review because I really wanted to leave 5 stars, but now my grass is dying. We have a three month warranty on the grass, and within that timeframe, dead patches were popping up. We upped the water to 3 times a week but the dead patches remain. Three times they said they would come over and fix it and never did. At this point, I just want my brand new, patch-less grass back. We have another landscaping company tasked to fix it, since I'm afraid to wait any longer
