I reached out to Red Mountain to install new AC. Our heater and ductwork was very old so I discussed this with them as well. They worked out an awesome price to get it all handled at once, so now we are no longer stressing about when the heater might go out. The team was very friendly and hardworking, and they did a phenomenal job. Believe me and save yourself some time- This is the company you want to go with.

Osvin and his crew from Red Mountain Heating and Air are true professionals at what they do. We had our heater replaced in our large 5 bedroom home that was 40 years old. Osvin came to give us an estimate and we were able to schedule within a week. There work was outstanding. Not only did they replace the heater and all parts but went above and beyond cleaning the area and letting us know step by step what they were doing. We will be recommending them any chance we get. This company came to provide an estimate for a heat pump install last Monday. They emailed me a quote of 24k, I asked for an itemized estimate - so that I could have transparency on the cost of the equipment versus charges for labor - and they ghosted me. Completely unprofessional.

The reason why we did not detail the estimate is because we already knew that when they ask for this in advance they think we are going to steal from them.
