Professional and responsive, but I would strongly recommend getting a second quote.
I want to be fair because there were definitely positives: Peter Levi Plumbing was professional, responsive, showed up when promised, and the technician was courteous. That level of service is the reason I’m still giving four stars.
Where my experience fell short was pricing.
We called them out for three issues: a bad bath/shower cartridge causing water pressure problems, a loose faucet handle, and an aging tankless water heater. The pressure issue needed to be fixed immediately, and since the faucet handle seemed like a simple repair, we had them address that as well.
The final cost was over $1,100 to replace the cartridge and tighten the existing faucet handle (not replace the faucet). Both repairs together took less than an hour. After checking with other plumbers afterward, I was surprised to learn that this was significantly higher than what others considered typical pricing for those types of repairs.
The bigger concern was the tankless water heater recommendation. We were told the unit was aging and should be replaced, and the quote provided was over $16,000 for a gas tankless water heater replacement serving two small bathrooms and a kitchen. I declined the work, and after doing more research and speaking with others in the industry, I’m very glad I did.
Overall, my takeaway is that Peter Levi Plumbing provides excellent communication, scheduling, and professionalism. If those things are your top priority, they do a good job. However, based on my experience, I would recommend getting additional quotes before approving larger repairs or replacements so you can make sure the pricing makes sense.

We got 3 new toilets, the water pressurizer replaced, one new sink and one leaky sink fixed. We have carpet in one bathroom and the toilet was a different size and Nate had to trim the tile and carpet. The job was done was perfectly you would never guess he had to use a saw and trimmed the carpet. The work was impeccable and no trash or mess was left behind. The bill however was $10,700 after a 5% discount. I didnt have time to call around and haggle so I accepted the price, it does seem very high but at least the work is excellent.
