Richard Hynes is a very detailed professional. Upon meeting Richard I felt comfortable about the project. We originally wanted to order materials for the project and he had suggested to me that he would order any materials and provide us with the receipts. Luckily we let him order the material as it turns out the ones we wanted to order were undersized for our project. Richard came and seismically retrofitted our home. He also helped us on our kitchen and bathroom remodels while managing the project the whole way, hiring subs, coordinating between myself and subcontractors and achieving the results desired. Richards pricing was 20% cheaper compared to licensed professionals in the area. We are so glad to have had his help, as the previous worker we hired from thumbtack turned out to be unlicensed at a cheaper price, but ended up costing us a lot more money in the long run.

From the minute Richard opened my front door and told me he needed to take his shoes off or else he would track water and mud into my house, I knew we were going to get along great. He was close to prefect in managing a number of jobs I had on my list - some work in my bathroom, hanging pictures in my living room and my gallery wall in my dining room. Nice, professional, polite, effecient and respectful of my home. Would hire him again in a minute and will.
