I have had a hard time finding my perfect match for help cleaning the house. We have a business that takes all of our time and we really NEED the help. For the past year and a half we've been searching for the perfect team that would make it feel like paying for the service was really worth it. I've found that team.
I try not to pass along negative experiences to new people but I did want to address things that were important to me. Aline said that it was a good idea for her to come over, view the space and talk to me about any questions, concerns and directions I may have.
She was so sweet with my family, thoughtful and assured me that it's there job to take care of everything because we are so busy.
I just came home and did the white glove text and everything other miss (and that I miss myself) have been taken care of. This is probably the best deep clean we've ever received and we look forward to having Aline and her team back every other week to keep my family on track.
Sometimes having someone help you clean your house is a luxury and sometimes it's necessary to keep your life in forward motion because life is so busy these day.
Having Aline feels like we can be at ease with keeping up with our schedule while she is helping us keep up here. We can't thank her enough and highly recommend them!

Usually our price is higher for the first cleaning, because that's where we really get to know your house and detail the work, and also because the first cleaning takes longer.

After the first cleaning we can provide differentiated quotes for weekly, biweekly and monthly cleanings (new quote always based on the size of the house and the client's requirements).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Introduce our company and make clear the benefits of working with us.
• Check out the size of the house and the client's requirements for the job.
• Set up the schedule according to available times.
• Make a clear conversation about any suggestions or request that the new client will have.
• First time cleaning, takes a bite extra time then regular cleanings.
• Confirm the regular cleaning time and day that works for both parties.
• Set up the most convenient payment method for the customer.
• So we started to build a relationship based on trust. 😀
