Debra L. says, "I highly recommend Pedro Brandao, owner of Braza Bay Electric in Belmont. He responded to my blind request quickly and offered to stop by that evening. I needed a malfunctioning light checked. The switch stopped working and I had smelled a burning smell earlier but couldn't locate it. Fairly quickly, Pedro found that the ballast had burned to a crisp! The next day, he went to Home Depot and bought a replacement, came back, and installed it, which wasn't simple because the wiring and fixtures are more than 60 years old. I thought his price was reasonable given the number of hours this job took, plus he looked at one other fixture for me...he will be coming back for that job. He was very accommodating, pleasant, and responsive. Today, all is well. What more can a customer want?"See more

This was not an easy job, but they handled it with true professionalism. They made sure the fan was properly anchored to each beam for safety and stability, which required making a larger hole in the ceiling than originally anticipated. Rather than cutting corners, they took the time to do the job correctly. They even went to Home Depot twice—first to get a proper metal box and then again to pick up additional materials needed to ensure the ceiling opening was covered cleanly and aesthetically since those pieces were not included with our new fan. Throughout the entire process they were meticulous about cleaning up, respectful in our home, and extremely kind and thoughtful. It’s rare to see this level of care and workmanship.
