Kenny responded to my messages quickly and found a time that worked for me within the week. When they realized they needed additional tools, they went out and quickly returned with what they needed. Kenny is a great guy, prompt in responding to all my questions, providing estimations etc, prompt to the work and finished on time perfectly. He knows his work, came to fix (retrofit) chandelier brace to hold the heavier chandelier, which another pro did not do a good job, and left hanging heavier chandelier (60 lb) on an existing brace that can only support 10 lb. I wish I hired him to do the installation in the first place. I would recommend him to all electrical needs
