- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There's $80 service fee for diagnostics of most major brands. $165 minimum labor for first hour for most major brands ( including service call ).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think the most important step during my first visit would be to listen to exact issue costumer has with their appliance. Just by spending few minutes listening to costumer could save you a lot of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked on all major brands that were under factory warranty for about 3 years. Followed by another 6 years of working for myself.
