Founded by Patricia Samartzis and Kimia Pakfar, both alumni of Aidlin Darling Design and WRNS Studio, the studio brings together over two decades of combined experience across residential, commercial, and cultural projects. Kimia was such a sweetheart throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly listen to our needs and understand our taste and vision. She interviewed both of us thoughtfully, spent multiple rounds ideating and sharing concepts, and patiently listened every step of the way to make sure we both felt heard and involved.
The final media wall became such a special piece in our home. It has truly been the highlight of our house, bringing warmth, comfort, and positive energy into our everyday lives.
One thing that meant a lot to us was how much care Kimia put into helping us imagine not just the design itself, but how our family would grow with the space over time. We talked a lot about our kids and how we wanted the area to feel functional, cozy, and welcoming for them too. She beautifully brought those ideas to life, even creating mock cozy spaces with warm cushions and thoughtful details that helped us fully visualize the space and feel connected to the vision.
I would absolutely work with Kimia again for any future design project, and I’m so grateful to her for helping bring our vision to life in such a meaningful way.
