- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a variable pricing rate to best accommodate the diverse needs we get from our different types of events. Every customers will get a custom made quote that reflects the needs of their specific circumstance. We consider a variety of factors including guest count, hours of service, mobile bar needs and tons of other small nuances. We break down all of these criteria in an easy to understand quote to alleviate any concern of extra costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we put a huge focus on customizing our bar/layout to their specific needs. We build new fresh menus for every individual client that highlight everything that makes their event special! The process typically begins with a complimentary one hour consultation to find out the general needs of the customer including the budget, menu general menu outline, pre-event prep and tons of other fun stuff.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the Bay Area fine dining and Craft Cocktail scene for over a decade. I Have worked in some of the top bars in the country including Hops and Scotch(Americas top 10 whiskey bars) as well as PCH(Worlds 50 best bars). I have deep understanding of mixology with a large focus in culinary fusion within cocktails. I’m fully certified with my RBS and Food Handlers license.
