- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our sessions start at a base rate of $50 per session for a single athlete training. Our pricing ranges depending on the number of athletes involved in one session, the location within or away from Oakland, CA, and the frequency of sessions per week. For more details, please message us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, we would like to get to know the potential client through a small series of assessment questions: 1) Discuss the athlete's history and experience playing and supporting basketball participation. 2) Get to know what the athlete's goals are for fitness, skill-building, and competition. 3) Availability for sessions, location preferences, and the desired frequency of sessions per week. 4) Discuss pricing options and come to a payment agreement and proceed with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our coaches have more than 15 years of experience playing, coaching, and teaching the fundamental basics of the sport of basketball, individually and within team settings.
