- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been interested in cooking every since I was a kid. In fact I cooked my first meal when I was 8 years old and I haven't stopped cooking since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs I'd do for customer are: Small/large BBQs indoor and outdoor my favorites involve grilled oysters on the half shell. Wedding receptions are always fun, I'm also looking forward to catering to office breaks (breakfast and lunch and dinner hours).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I advise customers to search for a flexible provider who will meet there needs, who is not afraid to have a little fun and can still get the job beyond efficient.
