- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is I submit an estimate and we discuss the job. Upon arrival I begin work as quickly as possible to eliminate any waste of time. I engage in conversation as I work if the customer allows and try to build a report with them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After leaving the service I needed something to pick me back up on my feet, and handyman work was it. I have been doing handyman work since I was a young kid helping my dad fix things around the house, then I started doing my own jobs before the service and grew my knowledge during and post service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all sorts of customers. Some one time gigs, repeat clients, clients with multiple apartment buildings, commercial organizations, there have been too many to count. I can also speak some Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, and Greek to help break any language barriers.
