- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quoted price I have listed is NOT the actual price. I normally like to go see the job site and meet with you, get a detailed explanation of what you would like done, and only then, I will be able to provide you with an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me, I will set up a time and date to meet with you so we can talk in detail about what you would like to get done. After we meet and discuss your project, I will send you a price. Once we agree or if we agree, we will schedule a date to start with your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my training has been from hands-on experience with other professionals with more than 20 years of experience.
