I have had the pleasure of working with Mr.Morales while hosting a party for 30 of my guests in which I requested small bites and a three course meal. I must say I was really impressed with his professionalism and quality of the food served, if I ever had the opportunity to host such an event again I would definitely work with Morales catering.
