- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure to spend enough time with my clients to listen to them and understand their history, needs, and goals. I feel it's important that we approach every session with a goal in mind. 50% of our time is spent overcoming physical barriers to your goals and the other 50% is helping you take advantage of your strengths that will help you achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than my years of experience teaching and training, I am also a certified Z-Health trainer, so I understand the neurology behind everything I do and I can use it to our advantage. See more below.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I danced for many years. I read Mabel Todd's The Thinking Body. I am amazed at the power of movement and the absolute genius of the human body. Once I learned about Z Health, I fully understood the remarkable capability of every human body to become optimally strong and mobile.
