Jenny is an amazing teacher! She is very good at explaining the different situations that one may face in life! She is very kind and friendly and she makes a comfortable learning enviroment! I also loved how how we practiced some firstaid skills then just watching it! I 100% recommend Jenny to anyone who needs CPR and FirstAidTraining!

Falcon FirstAid did a terrific job with the CPR and FirstAid course taught at our offices. Jenny was super easy to work with and a great instructor. If anyone is in need of CPRtraining I would definitely recommend Falcon FirstAid!

Jenny was a great and patient instructor. She was at the club early. She was well prepared and very knowledgeable..Her presentation skills are exceptional. I would recommend her to any and all that are interested in cpr cerification. She makes firstaid trying more interesting.

Jenny was an excellent trainer and pleasure to work with. She arrived at our office early to get set up, so all of her supplies were ready when our employees arrived. After the class all of the attendees commented on how thorough the training was, and how nice Jenny was! We will definitely have her come back for any other firstaidtraining we may need.

First, I like to discuss their training needs to ensure they are going to receive the appropriate training for their situation, then we can schedule the training.

I am a training center for the National Safety Council, instructor skills are updated as regulations change.
