- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for DJ TNT is customized based on several key factors, including event location, duration, timing, and the level of equipment and services required. This ensures every client receives a tailored experience that fits both their vision and their budget. The standard service package includes high-quality sound with two professional line array speakers, customized dancefloor lighting designed to suit your event space, and MC services with two wireless microphones—everything needed to create a seamless and engaging atmosphere. Setup and takedown time are included in your booking and are not charged as additional hourly fees. Additional enhancements are available upon request for an added fee, including extended MC services, upgraded sound systems, additional speakers, advanced lighting setups, projectors, fog machines, and extra microphones. These options allow you to elevate your event to the next level. Weddings are typically priced at a higher rate due to the level of planning, coordination, and precision required. From timelines and special moments to seamless transitions, DJ TNT ensures every detail is executed flawlessly on your big day. Please note that travel fees may apply for events located outside of the Oakland/Berkeley area. For bookings made less than one week in advance, a last-minute booking fee will be added. DJ TNT proudly offers potential discounts for local military clients as a token of appreciation. For schools and non-profit organizations, pricing is flexible and based on budget—we’re committed to supporting the community and youth events whenever possible. Otherwise, standard pricing caps will apply. Returning clients are highly valued—discounts and price-lock options may be available as a way to show appreciation for your continued support and loyalty. Every quote is personalized to ensure you receive the best possible experience—because no two events are the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
DJ TNT’s process is built to be smooth, professional, and fully customized to each client. It starts with a consultation to understand the details of your event—date, location, timeline, and overall vision. From there, we discuss your audience demographic, preferred genres, must-play songs, and any specific requests to ensure the music and vibe are perfectly aligned. Once the details are confirmed, everything is outlined in a clear service agreement so expectations, services, and logistics are fully transparent on both sides. Leading up to the event, DJ TNT remains available for quick communication and any updates or changes to your playlist or schedule. On the day of the event, all equipment is set up in advance, ensuring everything is ready to go without stress or delays. When it’s time, DJ TNT delivers—reading the crowd, making real-time adjustments, and executing the event to the highest standard to keep the energy right and the experience unforgettable from start to finish.
