FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am an open book with regards to pricing: you as my client have the right to know exactly what you're paying for and what the results will be for your outlay of time, money, energy , involvement and commitment. I don’t sell endless lessons by the hour - I sell results. Guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just call us up when you’re ready to train! If you’re having problems with your dog, tell me your pain. ( If you’re REALLY REALLY READY to fix the problems - we’ll start the same day.) No problems, just looking to do more with your already well-behaved pooch? To start your soon - to-be new puppy or rescue dog off on the right foot? Need help selecting a companion? Woot! Tell us your dreams...the “process” is the same. (We don’t eschew technology, but we’re folks who still like to “talk to a human”, so we make ourselves available - give us a ring! )
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an STS degree from a Big Ten University, am a T3 "Train the Trainers" program alum, and am a certified remote collar specialist. I have recently completed a week-long problem-solving training intensive with the good folks @ K9 Connection in NYC. I am a proud member of the IACP ( The International Association of Canine Professionals ),as well as the IAECA ( International Association of Ecollar Advocates) DC (Dog'sChattin'), and RRR ( Reasonable Rational Respectful) Dog Training forums. I take as many workshops and classes with as many different types of professionals as I can possibly fit in -there's no end to learning!
