I've hired General Drain Repair twice now, first for a challenging underground leak detection last year in my large lower yard, and most recently this year to fix another underground water leak. And Roberto and his team did a great job on both occasions. Roberto is professional, honest, and very responsive to my inquiries and patient with my questions.For the leak detection I had spoken to several companies including some that visited my property but were unable to make any progress nor give me confidence. Roberto on the other hand explained his approach and made me feel comfortable about his assessment, and his ability. He wasn't able to locate the leak on the first day, but he kept me informed of the progress and the areas he had already covered, and he was able to successfully find and fix the leak on the second day.More recently, when I had a new water leak under my planter, I immediately called Roberto. This repair replaces an old galvanized pipe with a new copper pipe, and involved quite a bit of digging. At one point we thought we may needed to have broken through our concrete walkway, but Roberto and his team put in significant effort to dig underneath to avoid demolishing the walkway. After the repair, when I had some concerns or small incidents pop up, Roberto was quick to respond and also made repeat follow-up visits to ensure everything was working well, and to give me peace of mind.Roberto is upfront and honest about the repair costs, and I find him trustworthy. He is first on my list to call with any plumbing or water leak issues, and I can't recommend him enough.

When I called Roberto for help with a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom shower, he uncovered a mess in the floor with improper pipes not fitting correctly!!! Yikes. His estimate was extremely reasonable compared to the previous plumber I worked with and he guaranteed his work. Needless to say, keeping him for my next plumbing project!!
