I had an amazing experience working with Nasar. He is professional, highly knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. His expertise was evident from start to finish.
Pricing was transparent and clearly explained. This is an older property with a lot to address, and Nasar helped me prioritize what was safety critical versus what could wait. I felt well advised, which made navigating an older building much less overwhelming.
The work included grounding outlets, replacing older two prong outlets, and most importantly, cleaning up and repairing an outdated electrical room with faulty wiring. He removed unsafe wiring, rewired the panels properly, and left everything significantly safer and more organized.
He was efficient, responsive, and thorough. He patiently explained everything and helped me think through what truly needed to be done. I learned so much throughout the process and felt confident in every decision.
