As a proud queer immigrant who grew up in the Philippines and built a life in the United States, I understand that every person carries a story shaped by culture, identity, family, and resilience. I approach every wedding with curiosity, respect, and the belief that your love deserves to be celebrated exactly as it is. My photography is rooted in storytelling. I am drawn to the in-between moments—the nervous laughter before the ceremony, the way your partner looks at you when no one else is watching, the embrace from someone who has loved you your whole life. My photojournalistic approach allows me to preserve the emotions of your day naturally, while gently guiding when you need a little direction. Before I became a photographer, I spent 15 years caring for older adults living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. That experience taught me the importance of patience, presence, and paying attention to the small details that often carry the most meaning. Those same qualities shape the way I photograph weddings today. I notice the quiet moments, anticipate needs, and create a space where you can feel comfortable being fully yourselves. As both a photographer and a poet, I see weddings as more than events—I see them as stories unfolding. My goal is to create photographs that not only show what your day looked like, but remind you of how it felt. Your love story is uniquely yours. It would be an honor to help preserve it.
