- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make my rates fair by considering time, effort, and the amount of work I put into the photographs (i.e. touch ups, travel time, how long I’d be working while standing, etc.). However, I do my best to meet customer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After setting a booking, I like to have a brief phone call to make sure I understand all the details. This allows me to plan ahead for each session. Although messaging is fine, phone consults help clarify any questions and prevent miscommunication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken a course in college (using a manual, film camera) that taught me various techniques and knowledge that I carry with me today. I also continue to take online courses through Udemy as needed. I am experienced with Photoshop and Light Room
